Registrations are open for an ONLINE NAMI Peer to Peer course beginning November 8th!

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free mental health, wellness and recovery program open to any adult (18+) experiencing a mental health challenge - no official diagnosis required. NAMI Peer-to-Peer helps you:

Set a vision and goals for the future

Partner with health care providers

Develop confidence for making decisions

Practice relaxation and stress reduction tools

Share your story

Strengthen relationships

Enhance communication skills

Learn about mental health treatment options

And more!

The 8-week course will be held ONLINE via Zoom, every Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:30 PM beginning November 8th ending December 27th. Participants are expected to attend each class as each class session builds on the knowledge of previous classes. All class materials are provided.
